The US Army MOLLE II Tactical Assault Panel (TAP) in the OCP multicam design is one Versatile, modular load carrier platform specifically designed for quick access to ammunition and equipment. It serves as a modern replacement for the older Fighting Load Carrier (FLC) and is standard equipment for U.S. Army infantrymen. Magazine capacity: The panel has a total of 8 integrated front pockets. Six of these are centrally designed for 5.56 mm M4 magazines, while the two outer “wing pockets” can accommodate either additional magazines or tactical radios (e.g. MBITR). Rear storage space: On the back there are three flat mesh pockets for cards, compendiums or documents - two secured with Velcro and one secured with a zipper.
