I personally make sure your item is secured in a strong cardboard box when needed with bubble wrap and taped up properly. With fragile stickers for extra precaution.

Upon any refund return postage and outbound postage is not refunded it will be deducted from your total. Unless it was genuinely my mistake.

Fraudulent returns are taken very seriously and the police will be involved if necessary.
