Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout — please make sure it is correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, bank holidays, and other promotional or seasonal events), processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to high demand.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within this period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all provided accessories included.

Returns requested after the 30-day period no longer qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Where applicable, items returned after 30 days may be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty or our after-sales support policy.

We provide a 12-month seller warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover: physical or accidental damage (cracks, dents, impact damage); water or liquid damage; electrical faults caused by power surges, short circuits, or incorrect voltage; battery wear or reduced battery performance; misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised repairs or modifications; or normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage.

Please contact us before returning any item for warranty service. All claims are subject to inspection — if the fault is covered, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Customers are responsible for postage costs both ways. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days for your warranty claim to be processed.

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims reported after this period cannot be accepted.
