Made in Japan by Mitake and imported to the US by Spiratone. Spiratone's YS mount was a series of interchangeable mounts similar to T mounts but with open aperture metering for some cameras. THIS LENS has an M42 T MOUNT which will be stop down metering. It will also accept and work with other T mounts. Extremely fast. Tested on Sony and Fuji with great results.
