This one is identical to the ZEEPA carbon headshell, but it is unmarked.  It is a minimalist design with an adjustable azimuth.  This headshell is for 1/2" universal mount cartridge on a S-Curve tonearm. The lead wires (cables) shown in the pics are included.  This one is all original, unmodified, and unused.  

Other than what is pictured, no nuts, bolts, screws, washers, or anything else is included in the listing. However, I do have a considerable assortment of fasteners and I will be happy to throw  in a few at no charge if you need them and contact me in advance of the shipping of the item.
