Chinese Longquan celadon dish with a nicely molded, “twin fish” motif in the cavetto, a thick and olive-green glaze. On the exterior a pattern of molded and carved lotus petals and a flat foot rim with the brown iron oxide exposure where the glaze ends and grey paste starts. Very good condition. No hairline just pinholes across the glaze from kiln conditions, minor nicks to the foot rim. Scratches in the cavetto as to be expected for a piece from the 13th or early 14th century.
