this is a vintage dollhouse that is called instant playhouse. it is a collapsible cardboard dollhouse that is able to be laid flat and stored away. and when you're ready you can flip it open to play. it is compatible for 4-in miniature dolls. the cardboard dollhouse is a Red roof house and when it's expanded it has a white brick outside an indoor playroom and bedroom and living room. the dollhouse works and opens up and stands. there are random places that are worn or the edges are torn and some have been taped but it can be used and holds up steady. when it is open the house stands at around 10 in high by 12 in wide by 7 and 1/2 in thick
