Rare, original, one of a kind piece. Not positive on the material. Appears to be possibly a hard resin, based on the bottom of the statue. Would make a stand out piece in a collection. It glows brilliantly with a UV light. Even with a LED light it will glow in the dark. About 13” tall. See photos for details.
