When I plug this in, it runs, but it doesn't tell time correctly because the glass doesn't move properly. I believe it needs the four shims that hold the glass in place.  It moved 10 minutes in 2 hours when I had it plugged in. The date under the base is stamped 8/20/1957. Selling for parts.
