This is a superb original Space Age vintage brushed steel 5 bulb Chandelier. Five spiralled cylinders, with a cut-out hole for the spotlight bulb. There are no labels, but it appears it is a 1970s Polish made piece by designer Polam Bielsko.
A stunning lighting solution, it would make a real statement in any beautifully designed MCM room; Space Age with more than a touch of modernist chic. An ideal gift for anyone with a love of 20th century design and it could be a great prop for any production set in the Space Age era.
In VERY GOOD vintage condition, with only minor cosmetic signs of its age. Most notably a little discolouration on the bottom part of the downrod. As you can see it is currently in working order but as you will need either a professional electrician or a confident DIYer to fix it in your desired location, it will be up to them to get it working there. It is designed to be used with a European 220/240 volt domestic power circuit, so if you are from a country with 120 volt mains (like USA for example) it might need a rewire, check with your fitter.
