The original corrugated shipping box shows typical age-related wear (corner wear and minor surface scuffs) but remains sturdy and intact. The box still bears the original Mattel shipping label (P/S 15900 East Valley Blvd., City of Industry, CA 91744), a $2.65 Bulk Rate postage meter stamp, and Fourth Class markings — confirming its authentic direct-to-consumer promotional origin.
