Used vintage condition as shown. Untested - SELLING AS IS for Parts / Repair. Dial spins fine. I do not see any broken teeth. Handle does not go all the way down. Front spring lever and pull-out piece next to it seem to work fine also. Heavy duty machine. Ready for restoration. I just did a basic cleaning for photos.
