Stainless steel metric inserts are available from M3 through to M16, including a wide range of standard, fine and coarse thread pitches and multiple insert lengths. Please select your required thread size, pitch, insert length and quantity from the variation menu.
TIME-SERT® Solid Bushing Technology
TIME-SERT® inserts feature a thin-wall solid bushing construction with synchronised internal and external threads. This allows a strong permanent thread repair while retaining as much of the surrounding parent material as possible.
The flange at the top of the insert provides positive placement, helping prevent the insert from winding further down into the repaired hole.
During installation, the lower internal threads are cold rolled by the installation driver, expanding the corresponding external threads into the parent material and mechanically locking the insert into position.

Please ensure you select the correct thread size, thread pitch, insert length and quantity before purchasing. TIME-SERT® inserts are sized by their internal thread and require the corresponding TIME-SERT® installation tooling.
Stainless steel inserts are supplied as replacement or additional inserts only unless otherwise stated. Installation tools, Driver Oil and Threadlocker are not included and can be purchased separately using the links above.
