ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Up for sale is a beautiful vintage dress clip/brooch made by Herman Pomerantz in the 1930's. It measures 3 1/4" long x 2 3/4" wide and is made from goldtone metal with a cast silvertone leaf on top. It has a single oval emerald green rhinestone at the top and the leave is pave set with clear rhinestones. It has some surface wear to the gold finish on top and some of the clear stones are dark with age. Overall, the clip is in good condition and it is hallmarked "H. Pomerantz Inc NY" on the reverse. It weighs 44 grams.

This item and the majority of my new listings are from a major private LIFETIME collection I will be selling over the next year. Many of these pieces are hard to find so don't miss this opportunity.

SHIPPING:

I ship using USPS Ground advantage and require full insurance coverage. I am happy to combine multiple domestic auction wins into one shipment at actual postage cost plus insurance.

International shipping is handled through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Unfortunately, international purchases do not qualify for combined shipping due to eBay's shipping policies.

Items sold for $500 or more may be flagged for eBay Authentication. Participation in the authentication process is mandatory for both buyer and seller and may result in delayed delivery times. If you are purchasing an item as a gift or need it by a specific date, please take this additional processing time into account.

If multiple items are purchased and one requires authentication, the authenticated item must be shipped separately. In these rare instances, total shipping costs may be higher than expected.

I take great care in packaging all items securely and shipping them promptly. Once an item is packaged, a shipping label is created and tracking information is uploaded to eBay. All packages are personally presented and scanned by the post office before acceptance. Please refrain from requesting additional tracking updates or photos of the packing process, as these requests can delay shipment of your order and others.

Please note that USPS Ground Advantage delivery times are typically longer than Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or add Signature Confirmation, please contact me before payment. I am happy to provide these upgrades at actual cost.

TAX:

eBay automatically collects and remits sales tax in accordance with applicable state laws. Please review your state's tax regulations and eBay's policies to determine whether sales tax will be applied to your purchase.

Any questions regarding sales tax should be directed to eBay, as I do not collect or receive any portion of these funds.

PAYMENT:

Payment is expected within three (3) days of auction close. An unpaid item case may be initiated automatically after three business days.

If you are bidding on auctions ending on different dates, I do request payment for items already won. I will gladly hold those items and combine shipping with future purchases whenever possible.
