Pierre PÉRON (1905-1988) – KELT
Broche en bronze émaillé à décor d’inspiration bretonne et celtique. Le médaillon central présente une composition géométrique associant un motif de soleil stylisé à des triangles émaillés rouges.
Signée du monogramme « PP » pour Pierre Péron et portant la marque Kelt et le sigle Seiz Breur.
Pierre Péron, artiste brestois membre du mouvement des Seiz Breur, participe à partir de 1936 à la création de bijoux pour Kelt, marque développée par la fabrique Rivière à Paris. Aux côtés de René-Yves Creston, il contribue au renouvellement du répertoire du bijou breton en puisant notamment dans les motifs de l’art populaire et du vocabulaire celtique.
Très bon état, provenant d’un ancien stock neuf.

Pierre PÉRON (1905-1988) – KELT
Enamelled bronze brooch with a Breton and Celtic-inspired design. The central medallion features a geometric composition combining a stylized sun motif with red enamel triangles.
Signed with the "PP" monogram for Pierre Péron and bearing the Kelt mark and the Seiz Breur emblem.
Pierre Péron, an artist from Brest and a member of the Seiz Breur movement, took part from 1936 in the creation of jewelry for Kelt, a brand developed by the Rivière workshop in Paris. Alongside René-Yves Creston, he contributed to renewing Breton jewelry designs by drawing in particular on motifs from popular art and Celtic vocabulary.
Very good condition, from old new stock.
