A fantastic collection of vintage cassette tapes, largely dating from the late 1970s/1980s, featuring a mixture of commercially produced compilation cassettes and personally recorded music tapes.
Many have their original cases and handwritten labels/inserts, giving a wonderful snapshot of the music people were listening to at the time.
Artists/titles include Elvis Presley, Barry Manilow, Crystal Gayle, Don Williams, John Lennon, James Last, Anne Murray, The Nolans, Engelbert Humperdinck, Hawaiian music Top of the pops and many more.
These have not been played by me as I don’t currently have a cassette player, so all tapes are sold as untested. The music/content of the recorded tapes is based on the original handwritten labels and has not been independently verified.
Cases and inserts show signs of age/storage but overall this is a lovely nostalgic collection.
