Item is used and in good condition.  All-original and authentic artwork, manual, and game disc.  Case may be a replacement case and not authentic.  Artwork has no rips, tears, or stickers.  Case has a small crack on the front cover, and no stickers or writing.  Manual is very good, with no tears or writing and some minor signs of wear on the outside.  Registration card is attached and intact with no writing.  Game disc is clean.  Cleaned and sanitized.  Tested and working.
