Antique 12" Pressed Tin Ceiling Tile White Painted Architectural Salvage

Description

Antique pressed tin ceiling tile featuring an ornate raised design with scrolling decorative details surrounding a recessed square center. The tile has been repainted white, giving the original embossed pattern a subtle, dimensional appearance.

This is an authentic old architectural element rather than a modern reproduction. The back retains the aged, oxidized appearance associated with an older tin ceiling panel. Those are shadows from photographing, not true color differentials. In person it's all the same white.

Measurements: approximately 12" x 12".

The tile remains in its original vintage condition aside from having been repainted white. Age-related irregularities, surface wear, old paint texture, oxidation on the reverse, edge wear, and other characteristics of an antique architectural piece are present and add to its salvaged character.
