I'm going to call it new cuz it has never been displayed. There's no dust. No evidence of that but there is a piece of tape torn off as shown in the pictures. I did not open it. I'm not stupid but somebody did before me. There is alarming a wrinkle in the l can shown ..Contents are  guaranteed mint condition
