【 Usage 】
(1) Soak the wool ball polishing disc, install it on the grinder, and let it idle for 5 seconds to shake off any excess water.
(2) Shake the abrasive evenly, pour a small amount onto the wool polishing disc, and apply it evenly on the paint surface with the polishing disc.
(3) Adjust the grinding machine speed to 1800-2200r/min, start the grinding and polishing machine, and move it back and forth in a straight line along the direction of the vehicle body. The long tracks passed by the polishing disc cover one-third of each other without leaking large areas of paint. Polishing sequence: Grind the right half of the body in the order of right roof right front hood left front hood right front fender right front door right rear door right rear fender trunk lid, and grind the left half of the body in the opposite order. When making the roof, you can open the car door, place a towel next to the door, and step on the door to operate.
(4) During polishing, the polishing disc and paint surface should be kept at room temperature continuously. When the paint surface temperature rises by more than 20 ℃, spray water to cool down the ground paint surface.
(5) For positions where grinding and polishing machines are not suitable for the corners of the car body, manual polishing should be used, using a dry towel dipped in polishing agent for polishing. Finish all the painted areas of the entire car body, including the painted bumper, and be careful not to overheat this area. Pay attention to the edges and corners, and do not throw them forcefully, as the paint film in these areas is relatively thin.
(6) After polishing the paint surface, clean the entire vehicle with a pure cotton towel.
