Up for sale is an incredibly rare, authentic turn-of-the-century commercial soda fountain ice cream sundae coupe (sherbet cup) distributed by the famous L.A. Becker Company of Chicago, Illinois.
Dating precisely between 1902 and March 1911, this piece represents the golden era of the American drugstore soda fountain. To supply his luxury catalogs, Louis Becker contracted premier German porcelain houses to manufacture high-grade tableware specifically branded for his landmark "20th Century Sanitary Soda Fountain" line.
