PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY! It is important. (Besides, I get paid by the word. Don't I wish!) First things first. PLEASE NOTE! As some of you may know who have followed my vintage pack Pokemon auctions since 2020, at least 90% of all my Pokemon will be inherited by my four children. I am now at the point where I have a very limited amount of Pokemon factory sealed Base set packs left to sell--less than 40.  My suggestion--whether you are a collector or investor--is to grab a Base pack now before prices really begin to rise substantially over the next three years. I have been selling Pokemon for 27 years. In recent years, Pokemon has been an excellent investment and I believe it will  continue to be a solid investment over the next 20 to 30 years at least. This is an auction for one unlimited Pokemon Base set booster pack. The pack--please excuse my poor photography here--weighs between 20.87 and 20.93 grams. The pack itself, which has Blastoise art, is in excellent shape. Very clean. Since the pack weighs a bit below the 21.00 grams "heavy" line, your odds that there is a holo in this pack are no more than 1%--but not zero.  Here's why: This is a long crimp pack, which means more plastic was used to make it. For that reason, you must subtract about .10 grams from the weight. Therefore, the "true" weight of this pack is about 20.77 to 20.83 grams. I have opened packs that weighed as little as 20.92 grams that contained a holo and opened packs that weighed as much as 21.09 grams that did not!)  I believe the reason for this is that Wizards strived for booster boxes that had approximately the same weight per box. Because the weight of this pack is significantly below 21.00 grams, it is highly unlikely--but not impossible-- that there is a holo in this pack.  Like every auction I have had on eBay the past 26 years, the bidding starts at 88 cents with no reserve. Now, the rules: 1) High bid wins. Duh! Remember, a bid, for example, of $883.03 beats a bid of $883.00. Bid strategically. 2) Please add $18.85 for insured shipping if you live in the continental U.S. 3 ) I also ship worldwide through eBay's International Shipping Program. Check eBay for details. 4) If you have a question, please ask. 5) I am proud of my feedback on eBay, encompassing more than 8,600 separate transactions since 2000. 6) I am principally a seller who invests in what I sell, focusing on five areas of collectibles: Pokemon cards and plush, sports cards, historically significant framed and unframed photos, Marilyn Monroe items (somebody has to do it!) and rare Beanie Babies and Beanie Buddies. 7) If you have an additional five minutes or so, check out my other listings, including my weekly vintage Pokemon pack auctions that start at 88 cents with no reserve. Thanks. Jerry P.S. This is a one person business operated for 30 years by someone who always recognizes the value of superior customer service. P.P.S. I always--from an investment point of view--advise people not to open any Base pack. OR ANY PACK!  In 1999 when I had a small business at a small mall selling Beanie Babies, sports memorabilia and Pokemon cards and packs, a seven or eight year old boy bought a 1st edition Jungle pack from me. With his father standing right beside him, the boy opened the pack right at my cart--and got two holos but only 10 cards. If that pack were weighed, it would have come in way below 21.00 grams since there were only 10 cards in the pack. That is why this pack has a very slim chance of containing a holo. But even if it weighed 21.77 grams--the heaviest pack I have ever sold on eBay--I would always advise the buyer not to open it. PLEASE NOTE! All my packs come factory sealed. If you see any defect or damage, don't open the pack. Just message me through eBay. I will not accept any return for any pack that has been opened or altered in any way. P.S. If you don't fully read the description, my advice is don't bid. Contrary to the popular saying, ignorance is NOT bliss. P.P.S. Any price that you win this auction under $775 is a good value.
