A fantastic vintage Malboro match fishing rod.
It is made from glass composite and has ceramic eyes and original whipping.
It has a beech wood handle lacquered with brass and steel fittings.
This rod came from a collection in Angus Scotland of fishing items from a Scottish politician named Albert Booth.
Booth worked alongside alcocks and built many of his own rods from scratch including a large collection of split cane rods which we have for sale.
A lovely rod and a great gift for the fisherman in your life.
