883 & 1200 Sportster: 31 Tooth Transmission Pulley and kits, 2004-2022! This Kit is a front 31.
  Does not fit Street 500 or 750.
  • Decrease Vibration 
  • "Overdrive Gearing", for high speed cruise!
  • Increases 883 final gearing to be almost the same as 1200's!
  • Does not require a belt change for either 883 or 1200!  (Roadsters may require lowering 1", or custom exhaust)
  • Increased my 2005, 883 gas mileage from ~50 mpg to ~55 miles per gallon at 70 mph cruise!
  • Reduce 883, 5th gear engine rpm approximately 250 (2010-2022), 370 (2004-2009) at 70 mph and 1200, 250 (2004-2022); Why cruise at 4,000 rpm?
  • Reduce oil temp from ~210 degree to ~190 degree (summer). Cruising at 3700+ rpm gets the engine hotter than 3200!
  • Speedometer: This pulley will make your speedometer read slower than actual road speed.
  • Modifications: There are no modifications necessary. For instructions & pictures visit 883sportster.com. 
  • Wheelies: With this pulley you may not be able to do burnouts or raise the front wheel.
  • This 31 tooth front pulley does not have or require a Belt Guide!
  • This is a 31 tooth pulley not available elsewhere!
