By using 3 methods of attraction, we have ensured the traps have a high catch rate and continue to work for several weeks. The traps should only be replaced if full or if the build up of dust means the glue is no longer sticky. The traps also offer the added benefit of having an enclosed and plain design. This was our intention in order for the traps to be used as a discreet way to help keep your home free of flies, unlike ribbons, papers and window stickers which are eyesores, potentially unhygienic and may leave sticky residues. The closed structure of our traps means the captured flies remain out of view and away from food and food contact surfaces. Moreover, our enclosed trap makes the fly catcher safe for children and pets when used as directed. How to use: for best results our traps are best indoors when you have windows and doors opened in the summer. However, the traps can also be used outdoors in greenhouses or covered outdoor places, in porches or under sun umbrellas. As the traps are pre-baited, the set up is simple: remove trap from packaging, peel off protective film, fold the card at the creases to form the prism and place in a location that flies are present. If fly problems are severe, the traps can be installed flat: simply remove protective film and do not fold.
