This is Harley-Davidson’s upgraded Big Twin compensator, engineered with heavier springs and increased travel to better handle the torque produced by high-compression and large-displacement engines.
Designed to outperform the original equipment compensator, this upgraded assembly helps:
• Absorb and manage heavy engine torque pulses • Reduce shock transferred through the drivetrain • Help protect engine and driveline components during hard acceleration • Improve compensator operation through revised oil passages and oil deflectors • Handle the demands of higher-output Big Twin engines
