Here is an adorable Walt Disney themed battery-operated toy from 1971.  It is called the Disneyland Transfer Train.  It was made by Louis Marx & Company and came out of their Hong Kong factory.  The toy is complete, with the little pink signal and all 8 passengers!  You get 2 Mickeys, a Minnie Mouse, Donald, Pluto, Goofy, Jiminy Cricket, and Pinnochio.  At first I thought perhaps someone had added the 2nd Mickey to replace a missing person, but I looked at several others online, and they're all that way.  The battery compartment is pretty clean, but it does look like the prior owner attempted a repair of some sort (you can see there is a piece of stiff wire in there where I believe one contact would be).  It is UNTESTED, so let's just assume that it won't work without a little TLC.  Still, a fantastic display piece with a good original box!  Photos show the toy and the box, plus those adorable little figures, from many angles, with a yardstick in the shots for size reference.  Priced reasonably, with only actual USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipping on the 1 1/2 pound package charged to the winner!
