This is
my daughters 2011 MINI Countryman One D, the V5 is in her name, she has owned the car since December 2021. It’s a Pepper Pack option car; I’ll
put the upgrades over a standard car further down the description. It’s a BMW 1.6L
diesel engine, which has been very reliable and is very economical, the road
tax is only £35 per year. The MOT runs until 15/07/2027, it has recently
been serviced,
The only time it has been temperamental was earlier this year when it was
reluctant to start and then ran rough when it did. We had all the injectors
tested by a specialist company, and based on their findings, two of the
injectors were rebuilt. At the same time, it had a Valeo (OEM) replacement flywheel
and clutch fitted by an ex Rybrook Mini mechanic, along with 4 new glow plugs
and the control module. It is back to starting easily and running really smooth,
it will have done less than 1000 miles since this work was carried out.
There are
two keys for the car, and the document pack has the Owners Handbook and lots of
other history and documents are included.
The
Interior is unmarked as you can see from the photos. There are a couple of
marks on the bodywork, a scuff on the front Valance near the fog-light, some
stone chips on the bonnet and there are a couple of ripples on the rear
passenger door where my daughter got too close to a notorious post in
Wellington carpark… You will only notice these marks if you are close to the
car, for the most part it looks very good.
All 4 tyres
were replaced in June 2025, the fronts have over 5mm tread, the rears over 6mm.
It should give many miles of trouble-free motoring before any further maintenance
costs crop up.
The Pepper
pack includes:
I’m happy
to answer any questions you may have, and for viewings of the car either in
Telford, Shropshire or Buckley, North Wales by prior arrangement. The usual
provisos apply, no large groups of people for the viewing, and I will be the
driver during any road testing. Whilst I'm confident of the car's condition, no warranty is implied or given. Please
remember; you are bidding to buy not to come and haggle after the auction has
finished!
