Decanter is in good condition.  No lid/stopper.  There is some type of dark residue on edge of hole where the lid would go on.  Can see some in photo 6.  May wash off.  Glass/ceramic material.  Appx 5" tall at tallest point & appx 11 1/2" long.

I carefully inspect all of my items, but I am not perfect.  If you receive an item with a flaw/defect that was not mentioned in listing, let me know, so I can take care of the issue.  

If an item is shipped Priority & is either lost or arrives damaged, USPS is responsible for refund since all Priority packages are insured through USPS.  The process is that you let me know & I will open a claim against USPS.  I will cover by issuing you a refund.  When USPS check comes in, I will use it to reimburse myself.

I combine shipping when possible.

I ship 2 business days after receiving cleared payment Monday through Friday.  Saturday & Sunday are not considered business days.  If you pay for an item on Friday, it will be shipped out the next week.

I ship internationally through the Global Shipping Program only.  International bidders are responsible for all custom fees & taxes.
