Very well used FED 1 post war Soviet 35mm range finder camera with f3.5/50mm lens. This is the 1953 model with the wider shutter release cup.
The shutter doesn’t open release, no guarantee it’s accurate. Not tested beyond that.

Please see the pictures for its faults:

Button has lots of dents.
Lens is full of dirt or fungus.
Leather covering is very dirty. Neither soap nor alcohol will remove it.
When the lens is out it doesn’t lock, ie is quite loose.

Probably more useful for spare parts or decoration.

After the war, regular FED camera production resumed in 1946. The post-war bodies have a simpler logo, FED in cyrillic stamped on the top, than the original FED NKVD. These are the FED 1 bodies. There are two distinct shutter release collars: the first one is a continuation of the original prewar design; the second has a distinctly wider cup shape, introduced in 1953.
