This is an m.2 128GB SSD I bought for a Carbon X1 Gen 3 Thinkpad. It worked, but I decided to upgrade it to a 256GB, so I don't need this.

I loaded Windows 10 on it and it worked. It might not run Windows on your machine if it's a different model.
