The folding shovel twist barrel is locked in position. Tried twisting it but couldn’t get it to budge. Has a replacement bolt and wing nut. To have the shovel fully open or close, the nut needs to be taken out until it’s in position and then reattached. The US engraving on shovel blade is pretty faded.
