It is equipped with both an adjustable brake and a ratchet. This is a spinning fishing reel, made of aluminum. 

The spool is released by a small lever which is between the flanges of the spool.

It is very RELIABLE reel which would serve you for years. Even nowadays it is very popular among fishermen in Ukraine and Russia as a crashproof piece.

The reel has been serviced by a technician. Cleaned and lubricated.
