Dispatch times vary due to items at our remote sites.  We aim to dispatch within 10 days. We use Royal Mail 2nd class for all our deliveries, therefore please allow up to 14 days for delivery.  If your order has not been delivered after 14 days working days, please email us so that we can try to resolve the problem.
