Selling a Vintage U.S. Forest Service "Closed to Vehicles" metal sign featuring official regulatory language and statute reference. Sign measures approximately 9" x 6".

The sign reads:

• Violators subject to punishment under 16USC551 by a $5000 fine or six months in prison or both.

Includes the official U.S. Forest Service shield logo.

Condition is used, but little to no wear or signs of age. Mild scuffing where it seems to have been in a frame and some slight scuffing at mounting holes. No bend or other damage (see photos for amazing quality).

This is a great piece for collectors of Forest Service, national park, or government-issued signage, as well as for display in cabins, shops, or outdoor spaces.
