• Hold the curved bar firmly with one hand (the part that goes through your ear)

• Grip the small metal ball at the end with your other hand

• Twist the ball to the left (counterclockwise)

• The ball will unscrew and come off

To put them on:

• Slide the bar through your piercing

• Place the ball back on the end

• Twist to the right (clockwise) until it’s secure (snug, not too tight)
