HPI Report done to day (8/8) and have discovered this is a Cat N which was genuinely unknown, relisting car siting this and reflected in reduction in price. 

A reliable 1.6 mini 2009 that drives well and has low mileage; 82,000. It comes with 2 keys and the V5 and is finished in a lovely blue colour.

ULEZ complaint 

The bodywork isn’t perfect, with a few age related dents present as shown in the photos.

New clutch at 80,000 and fully serviced at the same time (no receipts) 

A couple of issues to be aware of:

* The boot release button needs replacing, although the boot can still be opened using the key fob.

* An O2 sensor warning occasionally appears.
