IM NO EXPERT BUT TO ME THEY LOOK LIKE AMERICAN CIVIL WAR, I BASE THAT ON THEIR BEING 4 DIFFERENT HAT TYPES. ONE LOOKS LIKE US ARMY CAP, 1 LOOKS LIKE COWBOY HAT TURNED UP AT FRONT, 1 LOOKS LIKE COWBOY HAT TURNED UP AT SIDE. AND A CIRCULAR HAT?
I TRIED TO PHOTOGRAPH THEM  PLEASE LOOK AND DECIDE YOURSELF

THEY ARE 25MM FIGURES

SOME APPEAR TO HAVE HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF PAINTING
