    This item ships only to a verified COMMERCIAL address OR it can be picked up at your nearest freight terminal. NO lift will be used to unload, you will need the proper equipment (forklift/tractor) to unload or have someone to help you unload your item off the freight truck.
    We can deliver freight to most residential addresses for a additional charge.
