This headshell is from a vintage turntable.  My tests included installing a cartridge and making sure that it functional. The lead wires (cables) shown in the pics are included.  This one is all original, unmodified, and will need a little cleanup.

Other than what is pictured, no nuts, bolts, screws, washers, or anything else is included in the listing. However, I do have a considerable assortment of fasteners and I will be happy to throw  in a few at no charge if you need them and contact me in advance of the shipping of the item.
