Up for sale is this amazing 1948 Little Black Sambo, Little Golden Book, "C" edition. The book shows "57" in the upper right corner, no price on front cover.  It is in good condition for its age. Some wear on front and back cover, spine.  Green page edges.  Name is inscribed, but there are minimal reading smudges on pages, no writing on pages, no torn pages.

A note on new (higher) USPS delivery costs

USPS costs are calculated using Zone-based pricing based on the distance between the origin and destination ZIP codes. However, shipping to rural areas typically costs more because they fall into higher distance zones (Zones 5–8) compared to local urban deliveries (Zones 1–2).  Additionally, USPS implemented a temporary 8% parcel surcharge on select domestic shipping rates, widening the cost gap for longer-distance rural deliveries. Because distance dictates price, shipping from an urban distribution center to a rural residence will incur higher base rates than local city deliveries.

 

If your package is returned by FedEx/USPS as undeliverable based on the address provided upon checkout, the item price is refunded but the original shipping charge is NOT refunded. Any return fees charged by FedEx/USPS will be deducted from the refund.  Please verify your correct shipping address before finalizing payment. I cannot adjust your address after checkout.
