The belt, gears, and motor have been replaced with brand-new Japanese-made parts.

The circuit board, mechanism, pinch roller, heads, all potentiometers (pots), and sliders have been cleaned.

Resoldered.

Works perfectly.

The noise heard when pressing the play button is the sound of the gears after replacement, which is common to the 464 model. It is not a malfunction.
