Up for sale is this 'Crafted in Japan' Fender '52 Telecaster TL52-70US VNT in superb condition with only very light wear throughout. It was made in 2004 or 2005 at the Dyna Gakki factory. It has a beautiful looking Japanese Ash (Sen) three piece body and a one piece Maple neck, and is finished in Natural (Vintage tint). These were made to generally mirror '52 specs, with 7.25" radius board and a single ply black guard. The shape/profile of the neck is probably best described as having a V shape up to fret 12 tapering into a nice chunky C shape. It comes with the factory fitted USA Vintage pickups. Everything works as it should.

The guitar has been upgraded, benefitting from a Fender American Vintage Telecaster Bridge And (Brass) Saddles, a Fender Pure Vintage '52 Telecaster 5-Hole Pickguard (1-Ply), a Fender USA Pure Vintage ‘52 Telecaster Knurled Knob Set, and Fender USA Control Plate with CTS pots and an Oak Grigsby 3-Way Switch.

The guitars weight is light to average for a Japanese ash Tele at 3.6kg (7lb 15oz).

The guitar is in excellent clean condition for its age, with only a few blemishes on the headstock of the guitar (shown in images 13 and 14), and with just light play wear to some of the frets and swirling on the pickguard.

The guitar comes complete with a tweed Gator hard case which is in good condition (with keys), a Fender leather strap and the original Fender Japan documents. The original pickguard film covering with the pickup sticker is also supplied along with the original pickguard.

I would prefer this to be collected in person. If not, this will be sent well packed and wrapped in the case. UK bidders only please. Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
