• Your delivery will be handled by a single person and includes bringing the product to the curbside at your address.
• The courier is not obligated to carry the item to your front door or inside your home.
• To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend arranging adequate help to move the product to its final location.
• While delivery is free, some areas may incur additional charges.
• We want to inform you that for postcodes with these additional charges, delivery may take longer than the estimated date shown.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time: 1–5 working days, depending on location.
• Tracking information will be provided.
• Please ensure your address and contact number are up to date.

• Most products state the estimated delivery time at the time of ordering.
• The customer will be notified minimum 2 days prior to the delivery date.
• We deliver goods 6 days per week between 8am to 11pm.
• We reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of £40.00 if you are not present at the delivery address once you agree to accept the delivery.
• House delivery only ground floor. For FLATS, without lift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor – £10 each floor.
• Any damages must be notified within 24 hours after receiving the delivery.
• Item installed partially or fully installed non refundable.
