Sanna Umemoto is a long-running licensed sketch-card artist whose published card record reaches back to 2008 Upper Deck Marvel Masterpieces 3. Credited on checklists as Sanna U. and known for signing work “Suo,” she has contributed original art to Cryptozoic’s DC Comics Bombshells and Rick and Morty releases and to Upper Deck Marvel products including Marvel Anime, Marvel Allure, Fleer Ultra Midnight Sons and Marvel Anime Vol. 2. Her bright color, expressive faces and manga-influenced character styling give her cards an immediately recognizable collector identity.
