This Victorian Rubina Amberina Glass salt shaker no lid and small flake on rim see pics. 2  1 /4" x 2" features hand-painted flowers and a polka-dot pattern, dating back to c.1895. It looks like Mt Washington but I'm not sure?  The flake on the lip was not noticeable under the cap.  The cap was falling apart so I threw it out.
