Vintage 1988 Mattel Barbie Jeans #1189 – NRFB (New in Original Box)

This is a beautiful 1988 Mattel Barbie Jeans #1189 in its original unopened box. What makes this example especially interesting is that it appears to be the Canadian "Barbie Jeans" packaging variant of the U.S. Feeling Fun Barbie release.

Unlike the more commonly seen "Feeling Fun Barbie" box, this version features "Barbie Jeans" branding on both the front and back packaging while retaining the same Mattel stock number (#1189). The box is marked Mattel Canada with bilingual English/French packaging, making it a desirable piece for Barbie collectors interested in international and regional variants.

Original factory outfit with denim fringe jacket

Pink lace skirt with silver polka-dot accents

High ponytail with pink ribbon

Original pink boots and accessories

Never removed from box (NRFB)
