The attached Olympus Inspection Certificate identifies this case as Article: CYF with Serial No. 1660527, manufactured by Olympus Optical Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan). The molded foam interior appears specifically configured for an Olympus CYF series endoscope system and related accessories; however, no endoscope or medical equipment is included.
The case includes the original custom foam insert, two original Samsonite keys, and the attached inspection/service tag as shown. The exterior features a gray textured hard-shell finish with an Olympus logo badge and chrome carry handle.
The case remains in very good pre-owned condition with light cosmetic wear from previous storage and handling, including minor scuffs and scratches. The foam insert is clean and retains its original shape with no significant deterioration observed.
