I think this is about a 1990 Super Tigre (Italy) G .75 RC (ring) model airplane engine. This engine turns over smoothly with powerful compression. There is a ding on the venturi at about 5-o-clock and two of the front head fins have a scuff (see photos). Add this to your Italian model engine collection. I am west coast and even just 1 ounce USPS Ground Rate to the east coast now costs $8.40 (and that's the discounted commercial rate!) and then eBay charges an additional 10% of shipping charges.
