After receiving your SIM card, please email us through the eBay messaging system so that we can proceed with the activation. You have the choice between getting a new phone number or transferring your current number.

To Transfer (Port) Your Number, we need:

  • Current Phone Number & Zip Code
  • Account Number & PIN (from your current carrier)

Please allow at least one business day for activation (it usually takes only a few minutes).

Payment: The payment should be made in full within 72 hours of purchase.

Shipping: Item will normally be shipped within one business day (excluding holidays and weekends) of payment. The item will be shipped using either the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or Federal Express (FedEx) and tracking information will be posted as soon as it is available.

Terms of Sale: The item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. If the item is not in original condition the buyer will be charged an amount assessed by us after receiving the item.
